Before I start singing this shop's praises, let me make one thing clear: I have absolutely no connection to this business, and nobody asked me to write this review. I'm writing it because outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized, and experiences like this have become far too rare. A few days ago, the check engine light came on in my Chevy SUV. I know next to nothing about cars, and that little orange light instantly sent my anxiety through the roof. It could indicate something as simple as a loose gas cap, or it could mean my engine is about to launch itself into orbit. I stopped at an auto parts store, where they scanned the code for free. Their suggestion was to buy a $25 bottle of fuel cleaner and see if the light eventually disappeared. Maybe it would. Maybe it wouldn't. But I wasn't thrilled about driving around and wondering if my SUV was going to strand me somewhere. So, I started calling local mechanics. Honestly, the experience was exhausting. Some places never answered the phone. Others acted like I was inconveniencing them just by calling. One shop quoted $150 just to inspect the vehicle. Maybe that's their standard diagnostic fee, but I wasn't even sure

I originally took my car to the dealership and was told it was extremely unsafe to drive. They strongly advised me not to take it home and quoted me nearly $1,500 for pads and rotors all the way around. After hearing several recommendations for IN Collision, I decided to give them a call. I had actually been there once years ago for an oil change, but since moving to Buffalo, I never thought about going back due to distance. I’m so glad I did. They got me in the same day, just 15 minutes before closing! Had my vehicle inspected, diagnosed, repaired, and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. The team performed a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle, including body damage, and took the time to explain everything honestly. Best of all, the repairs I actually needed cost about half of what the dealership quoted. It became clear that the dealership’s diagnosis wasn’t accurate, and I am incredibly grateful I sought a second opinion. The staff was friendly, professional, and transparent from start to finish. It’s hard to find businesses you can truly trust, but IN Collision has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with this shop. I had the opportunity to work with Matt who explained everything so clearly. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car is running perfectly again. They provided pictures and videos of all the systems. It’s hard to find a repair shop that combines great customer service, fair pricing, and fast turnaround, but they delivered on all three. I highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs or maintenance. I’ll definitely be returning for future service

The Quintessential Fine Dining Automotive Experience I could write a novel. Got in an accident, phoned, spoke with Dan... Incredibly helpful. He phoned the insurance company for me (IN has relationships with many insurance companies) and the rental car place; Dan took care of everything. IN even drove me to / from Car Rental place. Fast. Efficient. Effective. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. I now officially have a new mechanic and collision shop -- they do it all (even transmissions). I had a little rust in the corners of my doors and I phoned Dan, "Any way you can touch that up while it's in there for repairs?" $100. Awesome. When I picked up the car, there was even a little bottle of extra matching paint in my center console. Well, I needed some front end work done (Suspension, Ball joints; Stabilizer, Alignment) so I phoned Dan: "Since you already have the car and I already have a rental..." No problem. Two extra days. Saved me an entire trip / rental later. This is just the tip of the iceberg; I could go on-and-on. There's a reason this shop has such stellar reviews. THANK YOU to the entire IN team. I appreciate and will recommend you. Hats off to 'old-school' service.

Two months later, I had to edit my review to one star. I primarily live out of state and I needed to get my brake pads changed while staying in Buffalo, and went here on recommendation. I was called halfway through the day to be told that my calipers needed to be replaced and that the work was already done and now my bill was more than double what was anticipated. Because I could not pay for this outright, I requested that we go through my extended warranty. I was not aware that parts were aftermarket, Which subsequently voided my warranty. After about two weeks, I started to get parking brake malfunction notifications intermittently and I brought my car back in and I was told that brake fluid was leaking into my actuator and that they replaced the actuator. My car was OK for about another two months, but it was slowly leaking brake fluid. I had to bring it to my primary shop out of state who told me that now my extended warranty is voided and it’s going to cost me over $2000 to replace the faulty calipers that were installed by this shop and my actuator would also need to be replaced because it was full of break fluid. I reached out to the shop and they gave me the runaround and
